Kristine launched Joie Consulting ('Joy') after the acquisition of her own small business to apply her strengths, passion and 23 years of experience running and owning a business by offering services to benefit other business owners and organizations.

She believes in planning and facilitating meetings to bring focus and value to organizations.  She believes in talking with business owners about what will happen to their business some day, how to prepare, and how to let go.  She's a believer of change and seeing people realize their strengths, grow and lead.   She believes in differing perspectives, challenge, thinking for yourself, making a decision before it's made for you, brainstorming, getting it done right,  embracing change and other people.


Kristine has spoken at national  industry events and conferences, local business chapters and organizations; partnered with large financial institutions such as Principal, John Hancock, TransAmerica, MassMutual and Lincoln; met with Congressmen on Capitol Hill regarding pension legislation; represented small businesses in front of DOL and IRS Auditors; served as CFO and other facilitation roles for a 1000+ member association.; facilitates corporate and non-profit board meetings, serves as an Executive Director, does executive coaching, and is entrusted with multi-million dollar accounts.  She holds two teenage boys tightly and takes her golf game lightly.
